What is the name of that old racing game?

It was like a racing game where you did flips in the air off of hills, you could wreck other cars, you unlocked new levels and cars, and you had like a blue arrow telling u where to go at the top of the screen. I think it had 'madness' in the title of the game but it wasn't Monster Truck Madness. I remember playing this game on some website 3-4 years ago and I was hooked on it for like 5 months but I want to play it again but I can't find it.
