How do you play 2 player mode on cars mater national for ps3?

my son got this game for christmas and he has already beat the game except he cant figure out how to get the monster trucks and he hasn't figured out how to use the vs mode yet so if anyone can help out with any cheats or gaming advice thatd be great thanx|||Ok first u have to make sure everything set up.... Then u knoo.... After that the flying monkeys come over to fly and distract simba ... Then Poof!! It happens then ur done ... U know how long it took me to find ur answer ???? Bout an hour sheesh :)
